The 27-hole Almenara golf course, designed by Dave Thomas, winds its way through a spectacular natural landscape featuring two large lakes, both of which are surrounded by pine, cork and oak trees.

Almenara is located at the loftiest point of the Sotogrande Estate commanding fantastic views over the Almenara Golf Course and the surrounding area, 1 hour from Malaga airport.

The Almenara has a 27-hole course designed by Dave Thomas with varied and imaginative links. A superior course requiring intelligence and accuracy. Play changes from one day to the next depending on the prevailing wind.

Catering

At Gaia, the hotel's main restaurant, the pages of the menu reveal the recipes of a Mediterranean cuisine, perceptible in both the flavour and the presentation of the dishes. A warm and relaxing atmosphere for candlelit dinners. The service at Gaia also includes the finest oils and spirits, plus a varied wine list. Informal in atmosphere and open all day long, the Restaurante Veinteeocho is the ideal golf-side meeting place for partaking of a simple sandwich or an à  la carte dinner. It has an outdoor seating area with spectacular views.
